
Okay, hello everyone. I am starting this blog about my weight loss journey. I have never been overweight but now, due to my overeating lifestyle and the weight that I still possess after birthing my two beautiful girls, I am now in the overweight club. It really sucks but it is what it is. Let me say this, anyone who says that they are OK with being overweight, fat, PHAT, big girl beauty or whatever it is that they say these days, more power to you. I hate it, hate it, and let me say again, I hate it. It is not pretty, for me, and I am pretty to me and would like to live longer so the WEIGHT HAS TO GO! I will be starting my journey on July 27, 2009, and on that day I will post my height and weight and tell anyone who reads this blog what diet/lifestyle change I am doing. I will give you a day by day account of how I am doing and how I am feeling. Please, wish me good luck. I am doing this so that I can live longer for me and my family.

Choose that weight loss program which has exercise programs built in and also gives emphasis on lifestyle changes. This will help you to lose weight and keep it off for a longer time and at the same time it will also keep you fit and healthy.
